Clinical Scope

The role includes comprehensive pediatric care with a strong emphasis on restorative dentistry across a full range of pediatric procedures. Providers maintain full autonomy in treatment planning and clinical decision-making. Opportunities to incorporate hospital dentistry and expanded clinical scope are available over time.

Compensation

Compensation is structured as a greater-of model, offering a guaranteed minimum or percentage of collections, whichever is higher. First-year earnings commonly reach exceed $300,000 with growth as production increases. A flexible stipend is provided for continuing education, benefits, and professional expenses, and malpractice coverage is included. Sign-on and relocation support are available based on individual circumstances.

Qualifications

DDS or DMD from an accredited program
Completion of an accredited pediatric dentistry residency
Eligibility for licensure in North Carolina
