Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Pediatric Dentist to join our growing team across our Rockwall and Sulphur Springs locations. This is a great opportunity for a provider looking for strong clinical support, high patient volume, and long-term growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive exams, diagnoses, and treatment planning for pediatric patients
• Provide preventive and restorative care
• Perform procedures including extractions, pulp therapy, crowns, and fillings
• Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, infection control, and safety standards
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members to deliver exceptional patient care

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Pediatric Dentistry certification preferred or strong pediatric experience
• Active Texas dental license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong communication skills and child-friendly chairside manner
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-location environment
• Team-oriented mindset with a growth-focused attitude
