We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our growing private dental practice in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while working collaboratively with our experienced clinical and administrative team. Duties

• Perform a wide range of general dental procedures, including fillings, surgical extractions, crowns, clear aligners, and root canals
• Conduct comprehensive exams, diagnoses, and treatment planning
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical records using Open Dental software
• Adhere to all infection control, OSHA, and clinical safety protocols
• Utilize digital systems such as iTero for scanning and treatment support
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure continuity of care and high patient satisfaction

Experience

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited institution
• Active dental license in the state of Texas
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in general dentistry
• Proficiency in endodontics, extractions, and digital workflows (e.g., iTero)
• Familiarity with Open Dental is preferred
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
