Associate Position Details
11. Full-time associate. Expected to start with 3-days and quickly expand to 4-days as the associate becomes involved in the dental community.
12.Preferred Start Date: Available currently.
13.Expected Schedule: Currently Tuesday-Friday for 4-day schedule. Once Full-time, we plan to expand to Mondays.
14.NO evenings or weekends, except on-call shared.
15.Associate will have their own column.

oWill get new patients from existing marketing providing a steady flow of new patients.
Compensation & Benefits
19.Compensation Structure:
oPaid 32% of actual collections.
oAnnual target bonus structure, based on collections.
oRelocation bonus available.
oMedical, dental, 401k, available. (Deducted from paycheck)
20.Estimated Earnings Potential (Annual Range):
oYear 1- $250k-$300k
oYear 3-4: $400k+ anticipated.

How many operatories are in your practice?
4 full-time Periodontal Hygienists operatories
1 Exam, post-op, and CBCT Room
4 full surgical operatories with Implant motors. (1 primary for IV sedation)
How many hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff members are currently on staff?
3 patient care coordinators including Financial Coordinator
4 Periodontal Hygienists
1 Hygiene assistant
4 experienced surgical assistants (3 with 10+ years employment)

Dual handpieces:
Electric handpieces (high torque)

Specific requirements are a certified training program and a WA dental license. Sedation certificate is preferred, but not essential. This practice does a fair amount of extractions on a urgent basis (same-day). This will require a reasonably fast surgical skillset.
The practice has a great reputation based on the ability to listen and connect with patients.
