• Doctorate in Dental Surgery (DDS) or Dental Medicine (DMD), or equivalent BDS
• Specialty training in Periodontics, Prosthodontics, or dual certification
• Active license to practice dentistry in Georgia where the practice is located
• Demonstrated proficiency in full mouth rehabilitation procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education
