Interested in hiring a driven, personable, enthusiastic associate interested in a full-time position in our periodontal practice.
Dr. Peterson and Dr. Sorrentino have been here for 35 and 13 years respectively. The original founder retired recently and we are looking for an associate to mentor in the clinical and business aspects of private practice.
The associate will be expected to have strong surgical skills, an interest in practice management, and aspirations to grow and find their niche within a busy private practice setting. The practices are near UCONN dental school if the applicant wants to teach and mentor. The practice will support their associate's efforts to do surgery with preferred instrumentation, technology, and continuing education.
The doctors are interested in hiring candidates that are proficient with the basics but can also advance the technology of the practice and scopes of treatment we provide.
The new associate can expect to be busy from the start. The practice is well established (42 years). There are two locations. The practice has established study clubs involving hundreds of local hygienists and referring dentists. The associate will present at these functions in an effort to help the new doctor get visibility and exposure in our dental community.
One location is being remodeled in 2023!
The large patient pool will allow for the new doctor to start with a solid patient base and transition into a well established practice. All measures will be taken to help that doctor grow their own new referral base too.
